Help us put Estonian artistic swimming on the world map! Every contribution helps us continue training, represent Estonia internationally, and take artistic swimming to the next level.
Our team’s core consists of Estonian youth national artistic swimmers, who started the sport at 6–8 years old and have now dedicated 7–9 years to training. Today, none of them can be called “former gymnast” or “former dancer” – they have given most of their lives to artistic swimming. Most of the current team has trained side by side daily for the past 4–5 years. They started competing in Finland and Lithuania and have since reached podium places at international competitions in Hungary, Bulgaria, Belgium, and the Czech Republic.

Team coaches:
Head Coach: Anastasiia Rudkovski - EKR5 Artistic swimming;
Assistant Coach: Ksenija Grabtšuk - EKR4 Artistic swimming;
Team Manager: Anton Rzhanov - EKR5 Artistic swimming.
The athletes live and breathe this sport, training up to 18 hours per week (even more during training camps). They have become a unified team – like a family, consciously pushing their limits and “breaking” their bodies for better performance. Artistic swimming combines elements of swimming, gymnastics, and choreography. It blends physical conditioning with artistic performance, developing not only strength and endurance but also rhythm, artistry, and teamwork – all while staying underwater, holding their breath, and maintaining perfect form!
Today, artistic swimming in Estonia is a rapidly developing sport with huge potential, and through this project, we aim to help nurture and grow it further.
Our goal – like that of any serious sports team – is to achieve maximum results: participation in the Olympic Games. Currently, our main objective (and the core goal of this project) is to reach the final of the 2026 Youth European Championships, taking place June 4–7, 2026 in Luxembourg. In recent years, we have also competed successfully in other international events to better prepare for major championships, but this project highlights only our participation in World Championships and European Championships.
First, our participation in major championships has expanded each year into new categories:
Second, our results have improved year by year as the athletes gain essential experience. For example, at the 2025 Youth World Championships, we were already in the middle of the rankings among 38 countries in many routines. This is a major achievement for Estonia, a country with a population far smaller than most European nations and only about ten years of history in this sport.
Within this project, we are requesting support to cover our team’s participation costs for the 2026 Youth European Championships, taking place June 4–7, 2026 in Luxembourg.
Our team: 13 athletes, 2 coaches, and a team manager.
The largest expense is accommodation with meals at the official hotel from June 3–8, 2026, and this is the cost we intend to cover with the requested support. Although the team represents Estonia, a large portion of travel costs are currently covered by the athletes’ parents.
As the management of the Estonian Aquatics Sports School, we aim to reduce the financial burden on parents and are exploring various solutions:
Every contribution helps young athletes represent Estonia with dignity on the international stage.
